Structural Composition

At Camrack, each storage system can be designed with different structural compositions, carefully selected based on the load, height, environmental, and logistical requirements of the project.

Welded Cold-Rolled Profile

This is the most common and economical configuration. The frames are manufactured from cold-formed profiles and assembled by welding, offering an excellent performance-to-cost ratio for the majority of standard industrial applications.

Bolted Cold-Rolled Profile

This option allows for more efficient disassembly and transportation, making it particularly advantageous for projects requiring long-distance shipping or future reconfiguration. Bolted components also facilitate targeted repairs in the event of damage.

Structural Steel

Designed from hot-rolled profiles, structural steel systems offer superior strength and are preferred for very high elevations, heavy loads, or demanding environments. Their rigidity and durability make them an ideal solution for high-performance, long-term applications.

All Camrack storage systems can be offered with a galvanized finish, providing increased corrosion resistance and superior durability, particularly in humid, refrigerated, or outdoor environments.
